Today, I install Windows Vista 64 bits into Intel 945PLNR, P4 930, 1G ddr 533, 120G sata harddisk, Winfast 7800GTX, lan card for internet, dual monitor. Windows Vista 64 detect all my hardware. I don't install any new driver. I then install Office 2007 beta 2. I then do not install any new program.

CD ROM device driver not starting
When I attempt to install Windows Vista Beta 2 (Build 5384) on a new Virtual Machine, setup initiates correctly (615MB of RAM have been assigned to this VM). I enter my Product Key and then I get an error: Windows setup cannot continue because the disc image is corrupt...or something to that effect.

Same issue as someone else, but my issue is that I had Vista Beta 2 on the system I got sick of its poor performace so went to put xp back on my system.. So in with teh xp cd, Delete the existing partition, create a new one but Windows xp or even 2003 server will not recognize the partition, just says it is

I downloaded a download exelerator in IE 7 vista beta 2, and it crashed ie 7 so I removed it! Now IE7 only freezes. I downloaded netscape and firefore If running System Restore does not resolve the situation for you, then your only choice is to stay with the Preview, or format your PC and install Windows anew.
